White Mags rework

this becomes for all attacks except power given to the opponent

Add 25% base chance of getting Prowess

Metal opponents cannot Evade and get 1,300 less Armor rating,they cannot heal while Armor break

Special 3 changed to a 800 potency Precision that pauses all Prowess while active

Thats it,since X-men 97 is getting new stuff next year i tought they could work on White Mags

(He was my first 6 star Ascended)
