What is the solution for a black screen?

I would like to thank Kabam for making our experience in the game enjoyable. Unfortunately, I am facing a bad experience on my mobile with some lag and a black screen during special attack 3 and when opening crystals. My mobile model is Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus. Word of wisdom, don't post personal information on a public forum. You just gave a bunch of strangers half of your login information.

As it pertains to your issue, there probably isn't a fix for you. Issues like this aren't always widespread and tend to be localized on an individual basis, meaning they can't just flip something in game to fix it. To do something to fix an issue that a few players are experiencing could result in creating issues for a majority of players, and that wouldn't be good.

But more specifically as it pertains to you...well, your phone is nearly 7 years old and that is likely a contributor to the issues you're experiencing. Your phone simply doesn't have the ability to play the game effectively like it used to, in part because of its age and the wear on it over the years, and in part because all games are optimized for newer devices. Your phone isn't even supported by Samsung itself anymore, so there shouldn't be any expectation that a game is going to make up that difference.

Unfortunately you're in a situation where you're just going to have to deal with most issues that come your way until you simply can't play on the device anymore. Restart the game often to keep the burden on your CPU low and it might help.
