Side Quest entry bugs

Ok hello i would like to say i have a problem when i logged out of Beta testing 9.4 and went back to main game i got the message from the side quest of Lumatrix saying im advanced which supposedly i heard grants you 3 extra entries for the side quest but i never received any because of me logging back to main. Has this happened to anyone else, if not can anyone from Kabam help me in this situation

We all got 3 entries only for this week.

That Extra entries mail is kabam executing a oopsie.
