Battleground Scrambler not working

I already had venom the duck in 6* and 7* before the event started. I got a 6* from the in game mail when starting but I’ve added the 7* to my battleground roster. So far I’ve won 2 separate matches with him and it’s not counting for the rewards. Do I have to use the 6* I received in the mail and not my 7*?

Did you KO or just win? You have to KO opponent and win.

I KO’ed with venom the duck and won the battleground matches.

Same. Have won multiple matches with VTD and no rewards. On my primary account it works fine, but nothing on my alt acct

I’ve used 6* VtD as both a defender and attacker and have won the round and match with both and still no relic rewarded.

Well using him as a defender won't work at all, and as far as using him as an attacker goes, you need to KO the opponent. The only thing you have to do is KO the opponent.

went back and look. I won without a KO. Thank you for helping. Didn’t realize at the time
