Understanding Hawkeye better

So the title pretty much says it, I'm still learning in this game and am trying to understand Hawkeye better. I see many talk about him being great, and I just want to understand him best as possible since I just got him as a 4*. I know his first special has power control; beyond that, should I play him a certain way and rank him up higher than others? Thanks for your time and I hope your Christmas was great.

He's worth an r4 for sure. No special way to play him, just spam the l1 and do the occasional baiting and you'll be fine. His sig isn't too awesome but is a nice icing on his existing bleed ability

I recommend o my using his SP1. Great power control champ and provides bleed. That’s about as far as he goes

He definitely doesn't require a dupe and I'd do r5 for a 4 star if you will be using him regularly. S1 power control that actually does dmg (if they can bleed) is rare.
