Why cant i log on to the beta

Everytime i try log in it keeps saying ive disconnected,tried making a ticket and done what they said to reset my device and wait but the problem still occurs can anyone help if they can

Question: when you log into the game, do you just launch the game using your linked credentials? Meaning: you do not actually log in with a Kabam ID and password?

Long ago, there was a problem where sometimes using the linked credential mechanism would cause players to fail to properly authenticate with the Beta server, and logging into the game with a Kabam ID and password and then jumping to the Beta server worked better.
