Please stop using shrug off defenders in raids it defeats the purpose of a lot of attacker buffs

There is no reason to put raid players through the aggravation of having to have a difficult time gaining charges because we can’t keep enough debuffs on shrug off defenders. Throw the players a bone here. You guys know this is a problem yet still do it every raids session for some reason. @KabamPinwheel
