Which relics (battlecasts) benefit the most from higher sigs?

Hey y'all... I'm still sitting on a +100 sig level for any 6* relic, and I'm just wondering which relics have the best signature ability that greatly improve the stats and abilities the most? I don't want to end up throwing sigs in a relic that doesn't really benefit as much as another one where's it's more needed.

Any insight would be awesome, as *most* of my 6* relics are still only around lvl 20.
