Long ongoing BUG in NM-Raids

Hello dear community and kabam employees.

Long ago I noticed, not Beeing able to dmg bosses during every second time I fight them.

I average around 80 million points per raid week and ne er have problems completing those fights.

But after a long time I experienced the same again with the ongoing raid week.
First with the destroyer and now with mangog.

I took a screenshot of two fights I have taken right after each other.
Both without any prior charges.
The first one ( was my second this raid week) I timed out and barely got 1 million points.
The second shows max dmg. dealt with 3:30 mins remaining to fight …

luckily I only used small alliance health potions
But I did waste raid revives in this situation in the past

So does someone know what’s this about ?

It’s because you don’t have any charges for your own role when you start the fight. You earn one every other fight. Tell your teammates to get you charges.

I didn’t have any at the first fight

I didn’t have any in the second nor the third.

It’s about the game not rewarding me with extra dmg, every second fight I go in …

I downvotet your comment because that would mean I couldn’t do dmg unless somebody else put up charges for me

That would lead to me not Bering able to out up dmg in my first fight.

But I reached dmg cap in my first fight as well

as Cat Murdock explained on Discord and Reddit before: you get a “fake” charge when you start the fight first, then it gets used up if you go again without your teammates fighting. When you go third time, you get a pity charge again. That’s why you don’t get damage every other fight
