Kabam please never make a battlegrounds meta like this ever again

This battlegrounds meta is just so bad and unenjoyable it just hurts. Now I understand intercepting is a skill but the AI just ruins it so much. Spider womans throwing sp1's on block, randomly getting light intercepted or very passive opponents. If you are gonna make a intercept meta another season just don't tie to a protection and only make it give you a damage boost.

I try not to dwell on it too much but the AI has been really effective at faking me out and generally refusing to dash in unless the opponent has a full bar of power.

I feel bad for the BG meta designers.

Between Extremely OP Defenders and bad AI, there isn't mamy viable Node lefts.

If it is a Nuke meta then players get frustrated that whale accounts for out Nuke them, if it is not a Nuke meta then players get frustrated getting beat by AI.

The true is Battlegrounds in a really bad place and it is not down to the BG designers (or players), it is down to the last couple of year with Kabam business plan direction. Don't know how long it will take to undo that.

This exactly, if they really want to make metas with intercept then at the very least it shouldn’t be mandatory to deal damage because the AI is just an unpredictable mess ESPECIALLY with the walk up light intercepts which even Vega brought up to Kabam before he left the ccp. It’s stupid and it leaves no room for you to actually react, they need to fix the AI before they even think about making metas that are completely reliant on intercepts.

It’s one thing if it was an optional thing where intercepting gives you a fury or prowess passive for x seconds but the protection bs is just a hard no. Really hope we never get a meta like this one again until they can force AI to behave like it used to 2-3 years ago instead of this ROL AI stupidity
