Side Quest Keys are not found inside Inventory at all after Claiming

I had experienced this issue today (APAC), and later found out that everyone online (on facebook and Discord) got the same issue.

-Login
-Claim the side quest gate keys available on Nov 19 2025 inside calendar
-Check your inventory, the 3 side quest gate keys are NOT there at all.
(cannot find it even if you restart the game)


Just want to make sure that Kabam can pay attention to this issue.

Please fix that ASAP.
