What’s wrong with Kabam support?
Do you guys remember the Symbiote incursions? Yeah, that was fun. A bit of a drag at times but that’s what we do for the rewards, right?
Now imagine you finally complete the 30th zone, look forward to the rewards from the alliance event and… instead of a number of rewards, you only get one (milestone 7, in my case).
So I joined my alliance while the alliance event was already running, on October 29th. Back then, IIRC only three of my teammates had completed the alliance event.
Kabam ditched the event early only to put it up again on November 4th which was my motivation to complete it. Some alliance members even did it several times.
So I get that I’m not eligible for the very first milestones back when I wasn’t even in the alliance. But what about the rest that were achieved in the two weeks while I was part of the alliance?
Now we’re supposed to think that the support is there to support us. I sent them screenshots and all. But the only thing they did is tell me that I’m not eligible for the rewards except the very last. No further clarification whatsoever. Is it too much to ask to point out why there is supposedly a two week blackout period?
I’m extremely disappointed.
