Double track spiderman

I’m confused about the double track Spider-Man, if I purchase it now am I guaranteed to unlock him? I’m on day 43 on the gold track

Yes, you will recieve all plat track milestones up till day 43.

So I would only need to purchase boosters if I want to unlock Spider-Man sooner?

Did it work if you bought it, it automatically gave the rewards up to the date?

Anytime you choose to purchase the platinum track you will automatically earn every tier you've unlocked.

How many units does the Plat Track give? (Not counting the gold track)

I'm pretty sure units didn't change.
