CASSIE LANG GRACE TIMER ISSUE
Greetings Summoners,
The Team has identified an issue with the Grace Timer in the Stature Grace Crystals for Cassie Lang.
The Featured Champion Grace pull (at x120) and the generic 7-Star Champion Grace pull (at x25) were inadvertently reversed.
As a result:
- Pulling from the generic 7-Star Grace could yield a 7-Star Cassie Lang without resetting the Featured Champion Grace Timer
- Conversely, pulling any other 7-Star would reset the Featured Champion Grace Timer back to 120
As an additional note, First Appearance Drop Rates were NOT affected by this bug.
We have fixes planned for all of these issues.
Firstly, the Stature Grace Crystals will not be updated until after this offer has finished its run on the Webstore in 5 days, meaning 7 Star Cassie will remain in the x25 Valiant Crystal Grace Timer slot. These Crystals will be fixed before they return to the Crystal Vault in-game next Thursday.
At this time, we will pull data on Stature Grace Crystals opened and provide the following:
Players who opened Stature Grace Crystals and received a 7 Star that was NOT Cassie Lang will:
- Have their Featured Hero Grace timers adjusted appropriately
- Receive 1x 7 Star Cassie Lang
Players who opened Stature Grace Crystals and received 7 Star Cassie Lang AND a 7 Star that was NOT Cassie Lang will:
- Have their Featured Hero Grace timers adjusted appropriately
We're still working out exactly what method we will utilize for this.
We have a few options and will update you once we're settled on the smoothest course of action next week!
This plan ensures all players are on equal footing when it comes to Crystal Odds from this Featured Crystal, and compensates players who got "unlucky" by pulling a random 7 Star, while preserving the Summoners Grace Timer as intended!
