Are the offers not in the webstore?

I looked at the offers in game. I went to the online store and didn't see them. I logged out and logged back in and e the opportunity for progression but nothing on the unit store? Am i missing something?

they’re there, then they’re not. They came back.. then they left. Really annoying.
