Web Store - Available Countries? Austria? Italy?

Is there a list somewhere of where the web store is available?

I’m based in the US, but will be leaving for Austria and Italy in the morning. Last year when I was in Austria during cyber week, the web store was not available, and VPNs were not getting around it. Missed out greatly on milestones.

If no list, can anyone from Austria or Italy verify?
