Another year another problem(not surprised)

So your Black Friday sales kick off and I stupidly decide to buy. I buy 2 odin’s. First one comes fine. Second one you guys send the wrong items and of course it’s the weekend and even though I reported it hours ago you guys will take forever to fix it I’m sure. Pics for reference of what I got and what I was supposed to get. Fix the marketplace store.

thank you. I reached out and didn’t spend anything so hopefully they get me the right thing. I chose it the second time for the ag and r4 gem of course and when I went back in the second time it had sent me the other one pictured instead of the one I purchased.

I bought the Odin on the store and they sent me not the valiant deal but the one rung under...No rank 4 gem for me for some reason. I put in a ticket hopefully they fix it.

I know what I’m pretty sure I know what my screen showed when I purchased it. And fyi this has been an ongoing issue for a week. Visual bug from time to time and I have to log in and out about 3 times for the correct screen to show up. So please leave it at kabam rex’s answer.

Someone who has seen it too. I don’t want a refund. I just want the proper items which is why I’m leaving my account sitting at a stalemate waiting for resolution, because that can’t happen if I accidentally open something within the items they sent me. So I’m stuck not able to do anything and it’s Friday of course.

For the future, when purchasing multiples of anything, add it to the cart all at once.
