I could really use some advice on what to do

Sorry but this will be a long post.
I am having trouble deciding what to do on this event. Idk if i should invest in this or the banquet. I have about 24k units. Idrc much about yondu or skrull but I what I want is the selectors. My roster isn't very good. I am valiant for 3 months now and almost level 61 and I have NONE of the meta champions in the game. No Serpent, silk, Onslaught, Domino, Karolina, Nico, Kushala, America, bullseye, spiral, bastion and many many more as 7 stars. Nothing at all.

So now I am reallly thinking of getting those 2 offers I put above. Im thinking of getting Serpent and either Silk or titania, yes ik not Onslaught but bc these 2 are my top favourite champions to play with and they are so much fun I have wanted them for so long but no luck. I do have a maxed out Serpent but he is a 6 star. Leaning more towards silk bc Titania is technically in a selector in the game in Necropolis if you explore it.

The thing is this will all cost 21k units {10k then 6k for serpent and 5k for silk} so I will have nothing left for the banquet where I also really want to get Abs man or Kingpin. I really wish kabam would tell us how much they would cost.

You cannot imagine how bad my luck is, I literally just finished 9.1 and 9.2 yesterday and today and you know what I got? Freaking Sorcerer Supreme and duped Hit monkey. What's funny is the 9.2 crystal almost rolled onto Serpent as if its teasing me and making fun of me. My last 2 titans have been freaking falcon and spiderman supreme, literally the worst 2 in the titan pool. I am getting really tired from my horrible luck in this game I might almost quit....
I wish they would start providing more guaranteed rewards, At least introduce dual class 7 star crystals like 6 and 5 stars has.

My questions:

1) Are there selectors in the banquet? I never saw it before as I started this year so idk. If there is, that will be perfect (I specifically mean 2023 and 2024 selectors) plus I will be able to get Abs man or kingpin on top of serpent and silk if they have selectors. this would solve all my issues.

2) Are there units deals like these in the banquet or is this just cyber weekend and summer sales exclusive? Is it just the crystals to buy?

3) Do you think its worth it to spend 21k units to get basically a r3 Serpent and awaken him and get Silk? (plus obv skrull and yondu) Or is it better to wait till banquet so I can get Abs man or Kingpin but not sure if they will provide selectors?

Please tell me your thoughts idk what to do... Nothing is going my way at all in this game. My luck is completely horrible....

I'm stating what I'd have done if I was in your postion. I know you mention silk but I'm replacing her with onslaught for arguments sake:

Get serpent and onslaught.

Forget this banquet, work on content they both covers a lot. And you'll get to open a lot more crystals. You'll always miss a few you want, but that's how progression work, such is life.

The two champs serp and onsy are worth it.

Can't advise you to do WoF without champs, you are not in that place unless you drop 100ds of revives, otherwise would suggest to pick serp from there. I picked my serp. You can pick bullseye from wof in future or a titan nexus.

This is how you catch up, which takes time... everyone above you have made those choices in thier path to endgame.

It's not just 2 champs. R4 gems comes with it.

Hers a tip. Wait 14 days, collect 40 points in webstore, which will give you a nexus 7* chance for onslaught. You can wait and buy the unit offers after that. (Last day)

You can get 2 nexus chances for 4k units. I wanted Britain didn't get her in 2 crystals ehh, we try.

Get the CW offers. Banquet crystals are no good usually, and completely rng based.

Guaranteed value is always the best value. If you Serpent and Silk are champs you like to use, go get them. The basic pool has so many champs so it's odds of getting Serpent and Silk are very slim as you already know. Those two champs are also great champs so I would say go get them.

The cyber weekend deals are really good. You should spend right now and get Serpent and Silk. It’s difficult to get them from the basic pool. I usually duplicate champs instead of getting new champions. I don’t have Silk, Iron Hart and Sentry. They are useful in Epoch. It’s a great opportunity to get them.

With 24k units you can do most of permanent content with dd. I don't know what champs do you have, but half of those you listed as your targets are defenders first, and most of those who are not sure still in titan. Unless you whale a lot or save shards for titan update, you can't really expect to already have all the champs (I can't as a f2p at least). But you most likely have done decent champs and lots of maxed 6* who can help with necropolis and later content. And it's more fun to do then just to waste units on offers imo

Cash offers: only the Odin and possibly the daily deal (to use on the bundle 14 token deals) are worth it imo. Spending cash on any of the other offers is wasteful.

Unit deals: Yondu and SS are mid. The offers are pretty mid unless you really need one of the champs from the selectors. If so, I would only spend enough units to unlock the champ selector you need and that's it.

Should you wait for Banquet? Historically, banquet will have worse cash offers because they'll be offering RNG crystals as opposed to guaranteed value. We don't know which 3 additional champs will join the guardians box, but the current ones are all mid (Valk, Jane Foster, and Nimrod). The sale champs are nice but also not essential in any way (Abs, Kingpin). I assume that most of the best value in banuqet will come from unlocking the milestone rewards. But we don't know the details (how many units/open crystals needed and what the milestones will offer).
