Web Store Bonus Point Tracks

Did anyone else notice after buying something on the web store that the original bonus point track turned into another Regal Ravinger bonus point track.

Yeah probably didn't want anyone getting too many rewards.

i submitted a ticket asking about this issue, no reply yet

usually it runs parallel to the event track and we can claim the rewards

Yeah the webstore has been buggy. Hopefully xsolla can get this fixed.

it's not xsolla, it's Kabam, they chose to take the rewards track away from us as per support reply

Seems like false advertisement on their part then seeing as the normal track Did not disappear until after making a purchase and the free points we're going to both tracks before making a purchase. If I had known this was the case, I would have waited until today to buy the Ravinger pack so that I could finish off the normal market bonus track first and not lose out.

Ths would not have worked either. I've made no money purchases, just claimed my daily crystal and free market points and the regular weekly track disappeared for me as well

I thought the same - the Valiant track disappeared after a 404 webpage error right when it all started.

That's not the case for my alternate account It still has both the original and the new Ravager track and is making progress on both.

Was hoping something would change with the weekly turnover but still the same with just the regal track. Any official response appreciated.

From what I've read based on a few other posts similar to this, this change was intentional from Kabam's side.

If it was intentional, why does it show that you are earning points for both tracks still. We really need an official response. I have receipts as proof to show that I earned points for both tracks. Also, as I said earlier my alternate account it is still earning points for both tracks and receiving rewards from both tracks.

Can we get an official response on this from Kabam, please? The market track popped up recently for me without applying any points. Kind of annoying.

Do I need to open a ticket? Will there be comp? Was this intentional and Kabam just decided to be quiet to see if anyone would notice?

@Kabam (Osaurus) Rex @KabamPinwheel @KabamDORK I'm sure more than a few spenders (and F2P as well) would appreciate a response with banquet coming up. This event has otherwise been rewarding, seems silly to let something this simple sour the experience.

Missed this thread earlier, there will be comp sent to anyone who spent on the webstore during the period when the milestone track exploded at the start of the event
