New player 14 day calendar

Hello all. As you can tell I just started this game. When I downloaded it I was able to get a bunch of 3 star Spider verse champs for free in my inbox including the new Lizard champion. The message also said that I would receive an exclusive 14 day calendar for new players, with a 4 star hero selector on day 7. I would really like these rewards but the only calendar I see is the regular 31 day new player one. I am Proven in the story mode if that helps, I know you get access to more stuff as you go through story. Any suggestions? Is this a glitch?

As you progress in story, these calendars often appear. One of my accounts got thronebreaker last week, and a 7 day calendar popped up. So, just keep pushing
