REGAL RAVAGERS ODIN'S SELECTOR

I didn't see the REGAL RAVAGERS ODIN'S SELECTOR when I purchased my Odin from the Webstore. I'm Confused. Was this in the line of Rewards but no selector came through or am I tripping. You can understand that it is a lot of money, I really wanted that Awakening Gem.

On the web store, you have access to every level of offer below yours. So check the purchase limits and you should be able to tell what you purchased. You’ll need to submit a ticket to support since it sounds like you purchased the wrong item.
