Rankups that will most benefit my BGs Deck

Until know I've only really played BGs until I got to Gladiator Circuit and then stopped. I'm thinking that I'd like to push a bit harder this time but struggle to figure out which rankup(s) from my existing roster would be of the most benefit towards that. My roster is shown below, from R4s right down to the start of the R1s. I'm very close to getting the T4A needed for another R4, or just stick with an R3 for now (I have 4 T7B so not overflowing yet) I marked where it shifts from R4->3->2 etc

Nico, Okoye tigra, bastion, spider woman and yelena i'd highly recommend Nico she's quite versatile and bastion the others are good attacker/ defenders
