I bought the $99.99 All Father Odin’s Vault bundle from the web store. However, after receiving the items, I realized that I had received the Cavalier tier version of the All Father Odin’s Vault bundle instead of the Valiant tier version that I intended to buy.

When I checked the web store, I noticed that I was only being shown the Cavalier tier version of the bundle, and since I am Valiant in game, I thought that if I was being shown only one version of the bundle, it would be Valiant. I logged out of the web store and then logged back in using a different browser, and after that I was able to see the Valiant tier version of the bundle alongside Paragon and Cavalier, but it was too late.
So I submitted a ticket 2 days ago not even asking for a refund but just to get valiant odin bundle items, but did not receive a response yet. I guess this is normal considering I opened the ticket during a holiday. I did not use any units or crystals of course, but the thing I am concerned about is that in the cavalier odin bundle there was a selector asking me to pick a new 6 star champion. I was not aware that I bought the wrong bundle at that time, so I thought this must be a reward for progression in a realm event or something. And since the game wasn't letting me skip this selector, I just picked someone without really thinking about it since it was just a 6 star that I am not going to use anyway. I think it was enchantress. Now I am worried if this selector choice may cause a problem for my ticket.
Did anyone else experience a similar situation? Or did anyone couldn’t get help from support because of a forced selector choice?
Additionally the browser where only the Cavalier tier bundle was displayed was the Beta version of Google Chrome. When I logged in using the normal version of Google Chrome, I was able to see all bundles, including the Valiant tier bundle.
