Ranked Battlegrounds only with elder marks????

Is this a bug or is ranked only playable with elder marks? If so it's the most ridiculous thing kabam has ever done to draftgrounds....

Ranked is only playable with Elder Marks, but there's a new option in the Battlegrounds store to convert Energy into Elder Marks.

I'm locked out as it says I need to be throne breaker! I'm valiant!!!

I have 453 eldar marks but cannot enter as locked out even though I'm valiant, it says I need to be throne breaker or higher!!!
