Quicksilver Dexterity Issue

Quicksilver has this ability "when Dodging Back, Quicksilver cannot be struck by Attacks." Other champions with the same ability are Nightcrawler, Dazzler. While Dazzler and Nightcrawler's abilities are working normal, for instance, they're able to dex Photon specials (pure light form) and Serpents', Quicksilver is not able to. It fails every time. Is this a known bug? If not, bringing it up for someone to look into it. Thanks!

Dazzler is a different case since she's just dodging it without dexterity mastery

It may not be a bug but its definitely not consistent with other descriptions and interactions. What’s the whole point of “cannot be struck while dashing back or dodging”.

Every champ while dashing back or dodging cannot be struck but attacks, especially so when dexterity activated. So, for these characters to have that specified in their ability description should mean something, that they don't require dexterity to dodge attacks. In my opinion, this makes sense and fits their comic character idea.

That's not always the case.

"Does not benefit from dexterity mastery" means they can dodge without it.

As Average_Desi said, the only way to get "consistency" in this situation is to disable Dexterity mastery

I thought that's the whole point of these champions. They don't require dexterity to dodge attacks and if they have dexterity activated, points there count towards an ability in the their kits. Dazzler and Nightcrawler works fine with dexterity active. Dazzled build tempo instead of triggering dex, NC gains prowess. QS fails instead of dodging and triggering wither.

Whats obvious to me is QS is not working like the other champions with similar concept or abilities. The reasons he is not isn't sound to me nor consistent. @KabamDORK @KabamPinwheel can someone please look into this and provide some clarification? Thanks.
