Rewards not received after complition

Im playing after 4 years,Im currently trying to become Thronebreaker, im completing ACT 6, but the rewards mentioned are not receiving in ACT 6, rather receiving the mention inside the chapter. 6start or 7 start shared are not received.

There are no shards in individual quests, you get them by completing and exploring full chapters. Just look at the rewards and you can see what you'll get and where you'll get it.
