Issue with first 2 star lord pieces, need urgent fix

Before anyone asks, yes I am a valiant for over a year now. I didn’t play the game for a few months but seeing some videos and posts about the new star lord item chase, I decided to reinstall the game yesterday. I didn’t get the first free piece that everyone got in the mail; I didn’t have any mail. And secondly I can’t see the objective for the 2nd piece as it should have at least 28 days after november 15th, yet it’s not showing up for me in any way. Kabam please fix this as this will ruin my in-game experience for months basically as I won’t be able to get all the new star champions.

2. You need to start the venom the duck relic quest line to get the mission for the second piece

@ahmynuts I got the objective one after getting the cosmic egg so that’s solved, but I still can’t get the in-mail one. It’s not in my mail and it’s not in my stash. Do we know any possible fix to this??

IMO u lose that piece becouse you didnt have the game instaled that days and the email disappeared in 7 days.

I got confused aswell but got clarified. If you have one piece in your inventory, that's the mail piece. The other one must be collected after completing 4 missions. There were already 2 of the 4 missions. First was defeating HTD with a Spiderverse champ, second was defeating HTD with a #Flying champ. 2 to go for this piece. However, seeing the actual state of the game, and specially the BGs matchmaking, many F2P with newer accounts won't be able to get the Coat piece (Must reach Vibranium 1 to get it).

there will be ways to catch up later or you can try support. Forums won’t be much help
