Special moves

Is there any real point in having special moves in the game when as you progress through, the game has developed to a point where the AI block them routinely? No matter where in a pattern you deploy them, they just block.

I know they want to make the game hard but you literally might aswell not have special moves in the game from what i see

You just need to adjust your timing. There are a couple champs that throw off that timing and you need to adjust to their weird combos, like QS, Okoye and Northstar, but for the majority of champions, just hit your special immediately after you throw your last hit and you will almost never have a problem. Ultimately just have to be quicker.
