Royal Hoard Tokens

I'm confused. Are these royal hoard tokens different? One is the daily freebie from store and the other is the one in unit offers.

I have 9 of the free ones, which count for the event milestones, but they're showing up as 0 for the royal hoard token valiant bundle (the one that costs 14 tokens).

I just wanna know if we can get that bundle for free or not...

Same. And I can't even get the offer to come up.

Just a visual bug. You can see how many you have in the "other" tab of your inventory. They're all the same.

Am I losing my mind? I cannot for the life of me find a way to purchase the build your own offer. I have 22 tokens and figured it would appear when I got to 14 but no such luck. Can someone point me to where it is, because it is NOT intuitive
