Need Advice for Cyber or Banquet

Hey peeps, looking for some advice here if you please allow me.
I'm free to play, have around 20 thousand units saved up. It looks like the cyber offers will expire before we find out what the banquet offers will be (thanks for that, big game company, by the way).

I do not care about any of the champions that are being sold in either of the two events. I am just looking for Rank 4 materials and signature stones for my current champions.

Do I buy the unit offers available now or wait until banquet??
