Lack of Lower Rank Catalysts

I haven’t played the game in many years but upon rejoining this week there’s no way to gain lowerred colored catalysts anymore? Is there something I’m missing? I’m rank 24 and all my heroes need them to rank up and yet the only time I get any are through the regular story play.

Glory store has selectors for t1, t2 and t3 class catalysts. Of course, to get glory you need to be an alliance that does AQ, at least a little bit
