Because you match against anyone who is in your tier that is paying at the same time as you are.

prestige has nothing to do with match making. It’s tier based.

Kabam really needs to increase the availability of rank up materials, I know they are trying, but the gap is too much compared to the little improvements we are seeing in various stores
