Did the 7 basepool update yet?

Opened a few 7* crystals and I didn't see a single new champion appear in the real. No Captain Marvel Movie, Mr Sinister, Carnage, etc.

I thought these would be added today too, did I miss them and are they added or did Kabam not update it yet and is this scheduled for a later date?

I openend 25 crystals. Not a single one of them. I saved for today. If thats an error, i want my crystals back.

I am seeing stuff like this go around but I swear none of the "new" champs appear in any crystals I opened. I could be unlucky though, anyone else got confirmation on this?

I opened 54 and there were none of the newly added champs to be found aside from those that exited the titan pool.

So it updated with the titan champs, but not with the other groups that were supposed to be joining.

In game email only mentions those moving out if the Titan so something seems off

The in game mail only mentions the Titan champs going into the basic pool, and like others I’ve not seen or got any of the other ‘new’ champs.

I never saw anywhere that it was officially announced that they were to be added today. Just sometime in December. I have been trying to get an answer for weeks but never saw one from an official source. Have 34 to open and will wait.

I figured we would get an in game message whenever they updated the basic with all of those since its a lot of champs. Maybe with next game update or right before banquet, in part to generate unit drain to increase unit purchases during that event.

Still I had hoped it would be today.

Got confirmation from the team that some champs are missing. They are working on a fix

I opened:-

27 x 7* Basic crystals

30plus x Valiant crystals (including nexus)

30plus x Paragon crystals (including nexus)

5 x Exalted crystals

2 x Exalted nexus crystals

All to chase some of the previous excluded champs.

Did Kabam really didn't updated the Basic pool?

It was in the October stream. Isophene coming next Titan rollover along with the other champs.

I opened 44 crystals and didn’t get a single new champion. An alliance teammate opened 31 and got nothing new as well.

yeah same, I span one and saw nothing new apart from the Titan roll over champs.

Cue Zola style compensation, God knows how gonna manage that though

How are they going to fix this? Not the missing champs, how are they going to make it right to the people who opened the crystals already? I opened 9 and I feel cheated.

There are two workable options in my mind. One is ridiculous, one is sensible.

Option 1, a 1:1 comp for crystals opened prior to the fix. The sig levels make this ridiculous, but I only opened the basics for the new champs, so I want to have the same opportunity I did to pull them.

Option 2, build a selector or nexus of just those new champs and comp on for every 10 crystals opened. The selectors already exist, so that would be easy.

Last time this happened they sent out replacement crystals to people that opened them, equivalent in number to what was opened.
