BASE POOL CRYSTAL COMPENSATION

Greetings Summoners,

Due to the issue this morning with the Crystal Rollover, 21 Champions were not included in the 7 Star Base Pool update. This impacted many different Crystal types.

After discussing, the Team has settled on compensation for all affected users:

All Summoners who opened impacted Crystals during the period of time before the fix was live will receive an additional 1:1 replacement on all Crystals opened.

Please note, that since these Crystals are being replaced, any duped Champions pulled from affected Crystals during the window of the issue will not be counted toward future RER Rewards.
