Dracula Needs a Specfic Relic Made for Him

Currently when played simply his damage isn’t there.
With high skills aka light intercepts he is okay but the risk reward ratio is abysmal.
Create a relic where after activation for the next 5 seconds basic attacks have the same effect as light intercepts

I the Degen goes dire the AI becomes more agressive,dire Degen increase the damage of the Degen by +75%, while super dire it's 100% of the damage from the dire degen

You get one opening while phasing and most of the match is in your hands,still have other effects that could get better but Damage wise thats the best solution
