Nico or Pavitr

I have both at rank 3 undupe.
I have materials to use a mystic gem on either one and take them to r4.
I am not able to make this decision since, nico needs the gem more then Pavitr, but since Pavitr can’t be dupe in any other means, the Gem can be good for him.
Any suggestions or thoughts

I think spidy will be in titan in march. So basically who you use most should be the winner here

Use it on spidey cause you might pull nico in next three months pool (there's a chance atleast).
