there is a report button in game. It is against forum rules to post and publish in game names.

Except it is against the rules....You have to blur out the name, a forum Guardian is telling you too. Most likely he knows the rules bettet than you.

@BringPopcorn What is the point of using forums when you have no freedom to share the wrong things. I feel you are encouraging the modders in game. It's very clear he his cheating and you are saying rules for being unfair his name being shared. Is it you with your alt acc doing merc or any other business in bgs to say so!! I find it odd when you are commenting makes you guilty as well. Don't be a modder encourage players who are spending their time and money to enjoy the game. Unlike you use a simple tool to steal the fun out of it.

You don't have freedom here. These forums have rules and guidelines and you are free to speak your mind within the bounds of those guidelines. And for the sake of protecting innocent players from false accusations and the harm that can result from that, names are to be left off of posts that are making accusations of foul play regardless of whether that person is clearly a cheater or not. If you think it is okay to break the rules just because someone else did, then you're part of the problem.

Nobody in here is saying this player shouldn't be reported or that they shouldn't be banned. But what is being clearly stated, and what should be clearly understood, is that there are proper channels to go through and the forums is not one of them. And going so far as to break the rules of the forums to bring attention to something isn't justified by how you feel about how someone else is breaking a different set of rules.

In general, I tend to be lenient on this rule when it comes to clear modding as it gives me something to work on - but at the same time, the others here are correct; rules are rules, and they tend to exist for a reason.
