Please make getting 4 star awakaning gems easier...

I have a lot of 4 stars and only 1 out of the 15 or so I have is duped bit that person is Howard and everyone got him in the anniversary thing. I would appreciate if it could be made easier to obtain these for example getting one every month from the calender. Of you where over level 25 you would get a 4 star gem and under that a 3 star gem. Please take this into consideration as I and many people would be sure to appreciate it.
