WE NEED A PROPER COMPENSATION FRAMEWORK
This simply means players need to know what compensation to expect when bugs happen again
We all know more bugs are bound to happen next year
Everytime bugs happen, we get the standard reply
"The team is discussing appropriate compensation and will announce the details later"
I get that every bug is different, every situation is unique
The Zola titan incident and this 7* crystal pool incident are similar yet not entirely the same
The compensation being announced in both incidents are at the extreme ends of the spectrum, this is extremely disruptive for players playstyle, some players hoard crystals and shards, some don't and open crystals immediately
We now know how massive the difference is for players who hoard and open bugged crystals
Now almost every player will hoard crystals and shards and open everything during new champion pool changeover
What if another crystal bug happens again, can we expect 1 to 1 compensation?
We need some form of guidelines from Kabam on what to expect in future
Bcos players have either gain a HUGE ADVANTAGE or suffer a HUGE DISADVANTAGE after this fiasco
I can no longer trust what Kabam originally said during the Zola incident about not letting a few lucky players enjoy compensation windfall, we now have a lottery effect based on the small decision we make on when to open crystals
Something as small as opening crystals now have a MASSIVE IMPACT on our accounts, this is simply UNHEALTHY for the game
