missing points in webstore free 7 star nexus

not sure if a post anywhere yet or a bug report. i should have 2 points left to claim at reset today, to claim founders war 7 star nexus crystal . but im at six more to claim which is an error. so 4 points lost. ive logged in everyday , is this a known issue and have kabam got a workaround .
