Is despair or the Leader not working for anyone else in Act 9.3.3 feeling blessed route?
I recently started act 9.3.3 consul, the feeling blessed route. After the first two fights, iceman and falcon, I’ve noticed the despair mastery does not work any longer. I switched to fighting with the leader, and the despair mastery does not work with him either. When the green door is open, he should be reversing healing, but even that is not working. At one time I had 19 severe debuffs, including 8 spectre, and against immortal hulk, he was still gaining the 11k health per tic, but only losing 4k per tic while in the green door. There is no node restrictions that would prevent ability accuracy reduction by despair or champion abilities. I noticed it because I first was using Chee’ilth for her grit against the unstoppable with a full spirit gauge. Fighting falcon the mastery was working. The next fight against Hulk it no longer was. At one time I had 21 or 22 bleeds applied to hulk, and he was still gaining 11k health per tic. I literally had to out damage over time his healing. The initial Iceman fight I used the Leader, and his ability worked normally, but any fight after falcon, it no longer worked. I restarted the path, but brought warlok, and his virus shut down the healing. Heal block and warlok are the only options I’ve seen that work in this path. Not everyone has a warlok, so this considerably limits who can be used, especially with the encroaching stun node. This is not limited to immortal hulk either. Literally every champ after falcon is unaffected by despair or the leader.
