Negative units

I don’t know if it’s just me, but all of a sudden my units went negative. I had bought an Odin during cyber weekend and had been holding off on using any til banquet. About 5 minutes ago I logged in and I’m now basically 2500 units negative putting me down from a total of 3500+ to 2500- what the hell happened??

Did you try to cancel your payment for said Odin? Or get a refund not through Kabam? Or did your bank kick back the transaction?

Negative units happen only when you receive goods from Kabam, but they don't get there money. The negative units you get are equivalent to the amount of money Kabam is owed.

Your units will come back once you purchase contest credits basically the equivalent of what was returned/charged back.
