Incursion boss: any idea on how to fight this Doom

This doom basically regen energy quickly and keep launching SP2, you only got very small windows when knock him down coz his energy bar always stay above 2.

SW with Toxic Syphon, Def Cascade, Hemo Charge, Tide of Combat hacks. Any idea on how to fight him? Thanks.
