Trying to send a ticket but can't login to anything outside of the game and forums
So I've been trying to send the occasional ticket for well over a year, but your zendesk thing or whatever it's called, won't let me login. I can login here obviously, but not there, it tells me that all of my potential passwords are wrong, which wouldn't be the case as I use a dedicated of them, with very particular variants depending on the rules of the passwords, ie if I need to use numbers and symbols, if the numbers can't be repeating or consecutive, etc, but they're always the same 3 word sets with the one out of 2 number sets with one symbol that is the exact same one I use for all of them and been using these passwords for 20+ years. Bad idea for security obviously, but I have better things to do than try to remember a million different passwords and if someone wants to steal my stuff, they can go right ahead, hackers get the passwords regardless of complexity.
So what I'm needing is to know what in the heck I'm supposed to do, password resets never work as Zendesk never sends me a password reset, and trying to create an account doesn't work as it tells me that that email is already obviously tied to an account, so it's not like I got the wrong email address, so I can't even get help.
