So does anyone actually use their 7* Sentry one year later?

He was the only champ from last years pool I haven’t managed to grab. Since we are apparently getting a selector in the upcoming calendar I’m trying to decide whether to grab him or Dup Purgatory or BPCW.

Generally I go for a new champ vs. a dup, but I so rarely see his name come up for anything I’m leaning towards the dup.

I would dupe BPCW in that situation. Sentry is wack, even though I’m sure he’ll see a little revival with the coliseum coming out.

I just did path 6 in Necro with him and Aegon. He's still good for long form content, we just haven't had any in forever. So, if you haven't done necro, he does well on a few paths. But that's about it.

I use him when I see any opportunity to do so because hes fun but theres no denying thag theres many many champs better than him.

He’s good in long-form Everest content, but as Frumpy_geezer has correctly pointed out, we just haven’t really had that sort of content in a while. Quite a lot of players had already fully explored Necro when he released, which means they didn’t need them. I’ve got a soft spot for him since his 6* version largely carried my right side Carina’s Challenge Necro run, but exactly like Aegon he isn’t really worth it for much else except as an above-average Incursions cleaner (and a cheese for that one Death by Debuffs EoP path in Sentry’s case) so he just doesn’t get much word of mouth. Whether he’s worth taking is just a matter of if you still have Everest content on your plate you might want his services for. Otherwise, duping one of the others is probably more value.

I use him a ton. He's great for raids, was incredible for the alliance encounters showcase, obviously nuts in incursions, also was an incredible option for the Epoch of pain

Thanks all. Yes, should have mentioned that I have already fully explored Necropolis - otherwise I’d probably grab him. I’m guessing if we had any long form content coming in the near to medium term that Kabam would have mentioned it on the livestream today. So, will likely go with the BPCW dup. Thanks for the input everyone.

Haven’t touched him since he did work in the debuffs Epoch lane
