Does anyone know if I have to claim this radiance before the expiration date or whether it will still be claimable afterwards in my rewards stash? I am at my max limit and don't want to spend any to make room until later than the expiration date.

Whatever date is later between the date in your stash and the date of the event is correct. Most likely it will be the 11 day timer you see there.
