In addition to Dracula needing an actual buff to his utility, survivability, and damage. SP3 is total nonsense. Dracula’s bleed damage is hard set at 12391.75 (for a R4 7 star) but we all know that the damage is supposed to increase when the defender is under 30% health (even if the SP3 starts before the defender is at 30% because the bleed starts after the animation). But what hasn’t been talked about is that the damage dealt once the defender reaches 30% health is still based on MISSING HEALTH for the opponent. And not to say that the more health the defender has, the more bleed damage that you do. No it’s the opposite, THE LESS HEALTH THE DEFENDER HAS THE MORE DAMAGE YOU DO. Which is utter garbage and a waste of everyone’s time.

I have been testing a R4 Dracula in RoL and against Winter Soldier he does 2806 bleed damage per tic after an SP3. If I launch the SP3 at 30% exactly then the tic damage increases to roughly If I launch the sp3 when WS is just under 30% then the tic damage is 12,781. If I launch the sp3 when WS is above 30% but the animation ends with him being under 30% then I’m seeing numbers closers to 4300 per tic. If you launch the SP3 with WS having 20% health left then the damage per tic is 15K per second. But then there are times when WS will have 28% health left and the tic damage will be roughly 6000 per tic (A MEASLY 6K!)

keep in mind that the bleed damage at it’s apex is supposed to increase Dracula’s bleed damage by 12.6! But with higher health percentages that damage can be as little as 1.5x (2800-4300 per tic) this is absolutely absurd. I actually attempted to make an SP3 based rotation for Dracula to see if he had more viability than previously suggested and instead I just see more examples of how Dracula was shafted and for what? I don’t understand what went on during the development of this champion but at every turn there is a brick wall encasing him into the roll of a generic 2016 attacker. There’s no shot that this was designed as a player friendly, easy rotation, well balanced 2025 attacker. PLEASE FIX THIS CHAMPION!
