New Practice Mode

Will there ever be a mode when you can select a champ from your roster and just any other one at highest rank to practice against. I know friendlies kinda has this but that requires people with the champ, ranked them up, and they draft them. Think of it kinda like the ccp testing build but just one with a champ you select to fight in a bgs HP format.

There is already. Just start a YT channel and join the CCP to gain access.

There isn't a way to monetize a mode for everyone, so that's the only option currently.
