AQ week December 8th

I have tried looking through the bugged section, general discussion and announcements and news and have found no posts about AQ this week for December 8th, in my alliance it is not allowing for enlistment as I just get the message " enlistment will begin shortly, please check back" I have no updates for the game in my Google play store at this moment I am typing this, I have tried logging out completely and logging back in as have my officers and still no AQ. If someone could direct me to any known announcement or forum post about this that would very helpful. Thank you
