What just happened here?

I generally use Purgatory for Serpent and she almost always finishes close to full health. I just fought a r4 sig 200 serpent in BGs and she killed him on an sp3 (following a Sp2) without allowing him to go into cheat death mode. I’ve never seen him just get totally knocked out like that so I went back to look at the fight stats. How the heck did she do that much damage in one hit? I assume I triggered a nullify on him before launching the sp3, but that seems…..big.
